When your car needs service or maintenance, simply call our maintenance controllers to book your vehicle in. This can also be done via the Internet using your membership number.

Your car will be professionally looked after and you won't be asked to pay a penny more than you have authorised to be spent. By joining the Fleet 21 Driver Support Club you will be enjoying 'armchair servicing' from the comfort of your own home or place of work safe with the knowledge that all the work on your car is 100% guaranteed by our team of expert maintenance controllers and our network of Masterserve accredited service agents. Only the work you authorise will be sanctioned and parts and labour costs will be subject to close scrutiny against laid down industry standards to ensure total cost control. The service also includes collection of the vehicle from wherever you want and returned back to you whenever you want it. Similar controls exist with regard to the supply of Tyres, Batteries, Exhausts and Glass. Our Maintenance Controllers also provide the expertise to negotiate post warranty claims on your behalf, where applicable.

You may also access the web site, using your membership number as a password, to review details of all the work carried out on your vehicle since joining Fleet 21.

Breakdown Recovery

Comprehensive cost saving Breakdown Cover, including Home Start, Roadside Rescue, and Recovery to anywhere in the UK - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cover can be arranged for vehicles up to 10 years of age. A one number call centre provides nationwide coverage with an average call out time of 37 minutes.
